Create a new user

Create a user account for a user in your organization.

This page is part of the Administrator Kit. You need to be an Org Admin to follow these steps.

Tips:

  • The user's password must conform to the password rules to be able to save the user.
  • Passwords cannot contain any part of the users first name, last name or user login.
  1. Click the Setup button on the Module Menu, and under My Organization, click Create User.

  2. Complete all mandatory fields, and complete other fields as required. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk, and have a yellow background highlighted in orange.

  3. Click the Save button.
