  1. Search Project Mail

    Use Aconex's powerful search function to find a project mail.

  2. Open a project mail from a notification email

    If you receive an email notification that you have been sent a project mail in Aconex, click the link in the email to open the project mail.

  3. Opening mail from the My Tasks page

    Mail awaiting your action is listed on the My Tasks page and is grouped by the action needed.

  4. Reply to or forward a project mail

    Respond to a project mail or forward it to another person for action.

  5. Send a new project mail

    Use project mail for communication and collaboration on your project. All project mail sent and received in Aconex has fast and secure delivery.

  1. Mark mail as read

    Remove mail from your unread mail list without having to open it.

  2. Mark mail as unread

    Reset mail to unread so that it appears in your Unread mail list on the My Tasks page.

  3. Print project mail

    Choose to print your mail exactly as it appears on the screen, or without attributes, status and Refer To details.

  1. Create a project mail signature

    Create a signature or copy your existing signature from another application to use when you create a project mail.

    Create and edit an individual footer for each mail type assigned to your organization. The footer appears automatically when project mail is created.

  3. Receive email notifications from Aconex

    Choose whether to receive these notifications, and how much information is included in the email.

    Use the Aconex auto-text feature to easily add standard text that is often used in project mail.

  5. Set the default auto-text for a mail type at the user level

    Each time you create a mail of this type, the default auto-text is added automatically.
