Register a new Organization
Has your organization been invited to join a project using Aconex? Here's how to get started.

Before you begin, make sure you have authority to bind your organization to the Aconex terms & conditions.
- Go to the Aconex website (http://www.aconex.com).

In the top right-hand corner, click on register link.

You'll receive this page:

- Under Register your organization click on the location where your project is based.

Now you'll need to complete the Organization Registration form.
The first section of the form asks for information about your organization. Complete all required fields - they're marked with a red asterisk.
Mandatory fields
- Organization Name
- Trading Name
- Organization Abbreviation - enter the initials or the first three letters of your organization's name. (You can change this later if you need to.)
- ABN/Company Registration Number Equivalent
- Postal address
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Email address

The second section of the form asks for information about you. Complete all required fields - they're marked with a red asterisk.
Mandatory fields
- Your given name
- Your family name
- Your job function
- Your login name - e.g. Patrick O'Leary's login name is: poleary. Choose a login name that you'll find easy to remember
- A password
- A security question and answer
- Your work address
- Your phone number
- Your email address

Before clicking on the check box, make sure you are the person who has the authority to bind your organization to Aconex terms and conditions.

Read through the Terms of Service Agreement.

- Click on the Submit button on the top right hand corner.

A confirmation message will display

Within 24 hours Aconex will contact you to activate your account. Until this time you will not be able to log in to Aconex.
