Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password or are locked out of your Aconex account, you can request a password reset yourself to quickly get back into Aconex.

Tips:

  • You can also ask your Org Admin to reset your password, or call your local helpdesk.
  • Your new password must conform to the password rules on the Password Change page to be able to save it.
  1. Click the Forgotten your Password? link on the Aconex login page.

  2. Either enter your:
    • Login name in the Enter Login Name field, or
    • Email address in the Enter Email Address field.
    Request password reset
  3. Click the Go button.
  4. Start your email application.
  5. When you receive a Aconex Account Information email, open it and click the link to reset your password.

  6. Enter the a new password in both the:
    • New Password field.
    • Confirm Password field.

  7. Click the Save button.
