  1. Adding additional recipients to a sent tender invitation

  1. Create a response to a tender invitation you've received

    Create a cover letter and include files from your computer or local network to submit a response to the tender.

  2. Creating a tender RFI for a invitation you've received

    You can request more information about a tender at any time while the tender is open.

  3. Decline a tender you've been invited to bid on

    Decline the tender invitation on behalf of your organization, with a short comment if required. You can't change this response once you have made it.

    You can change all details of your tender response, including adding files from your computer or local network up to the tender closing date and time.

  5. Open a response to a tender RFI you've received

    Open an RFI response from either the notification email or from the Tenders page in Aconex.
