Changing an issue's status in Field

Update or amend an issue's status in Field Manager

Inspectors can mark approved work as Closed or, if it's ready for inspection, as Open.

  1. Hover over the status indicator on the right-hand side of Issue details.
  2. Click on pencil icon to edit its status.
  3. From dropdown menu, select either Open, Ready to inspect, In dispute or Closed.
  4. You'll see your selection automatically update the issue's status.

If you've resolved an issue, mark it as Closed.
