Close an issue in Field

If your organization created an issue, you can close it when it's completed.
  1. Find the area you’re working on using the location selector.

  2. Use the filters to identify the issues that are Ready to inspect, Open, or In dispute.

  3. Scroll to locate the issue you’re working on.

  4. Roll over the Ready to inspect status on the right-hand side, and you’ll see a pencil icon appear.

  1. Click the Ready to inspect link.

  2. Select Closed from the dropdown menu.
Changing an issue's status
  1. As soon as you select the Closed status, the issue will close, and its status will automatically update.
