Close an issue in Field Mobile

Close issues on the spot using Field Mobile.
  1. Find the area you’re working on using the locations and areas menus.

  2. Tap Inspect to find the list of issues that are ready to inspect.

  3. Scroll to locate the issue you’re working on.

  4. Tap the tick icon on the issue’s right-hand side.

  5. The issue will close, and its status will automatically update in Field Manager.

If you want to update any information about the issue as you close it, tap the pencil icon to go to the Edit issue page.
