Reassign an issue to someone else

If an issue you’re working on needs attention from another organization, reassign it to them.

Reassign an issue in Aconex Field

  1. In the issues list, you can see that each issue is identified as being assigned to an organization.

  2. Roll over the name of the organization next to the Assigned to line. A pencil icon will appear.

  1. Click the link to edit the name of the organization. Press Enter to save the change.
    You can also select an organization from the dropdown list that appears.

Reassign an issue in Field Mobile

  1. In the issues list, you can see that each issue is identified as being assigned to an organization.

  1. Tap the listing of the issue you want to reassign. You'll see the Edit issue screen.
  2. Find the section titled Who should fix the issue?
  3. Tap the Organisation field to show a dropdown list containing all the organizations you can assign the issue to.
  4. Select the organization you want to take on the issue.
  5. Tap the Save button to save the reassigned issue.

The new assignee now appears alongside the issue in the issues list.
