View, download, and print a checklist in Field Manager

Save and share your checklist progress with others.
  1. Select your project location using the location selector.
  2. Click on the Checklists tab to see checklists in use at your location.
  3. Click on the checklist you're interested in to view it.
  4. Click on the Export PDF button at top-right of the checklist.
Exporting the checklist
  1. A PDF file will save to your computer. It includes all the details of the checklist:

    • The project and location on which the checklist was used

    • Checklist items

    • Responses

    • Comments
    • The name of the person who started the checklist

    • The date on which the checklist was started.

  2. Browse to the downloaded PDF file and open it in the application of your choice.

  3. Click on the File menu and select Print. Follow your usual printing procedure to print the checklist.

Now that you've downloaded the checklist, you can share it with others on your project using Aconex Mail.
