Offboarding organizations

Now that your project is live and in operation, you need to manage organizations who finish their time on the project.

If an organization has finished up their work on the project and no longer required to send or receive correspondence or distribute documents, you can change their project access to “Archive”.

  • You can find more information about the Archive option here.
  • Participating organizations may need to access their project information on completion, and we can help them with a Project Archive.
  • If an organization needs to get an Archive of their project information, they can either speak to the Aconex project’s Consultant or Service Desk.
