Mail a document from My Mobile Files using Aconex Mail
Send a document you’ve saved in My Mobile Files
Tap My Mobile Files and find the document or documents you want to send in the files list. Tap the checkbox to select them.
Tap New Mail.
Select the project that the files are relevant to.
The New Mail page displays, with the attachment at its bottom.
Fill in the fields you need for recipients, attributes, the mail subject, and your message. Simply tap the fields you want to change.
Tap Send to send your completed mail with the attachment.
Include a document you’ve saved in My Mobile Files in a mail reply
Find the mail to which you want to reply.
Tap the Respond arrow, and select Reply.
Updated any attributes you need to.
Type your message body.
Tap the attachments icon to bring up the Attachments pane.
Tap My Mobile Files.
- Select the file you want from the list by tapping the checkbox beside it.
- Tap the Attach button to attach it to your mail reply.
- When you’ve finished composing your reply, tap Send.
