Check that Aconex for Outlook is available to your organization

Does your organization have access to Aconex for Outlook? Find out.

Once your order's processed, Aconex will activate the Outlook plugin for you. We’ll send you an email to confirm that your organization can start using Aconex for Outlook. Then, you'll need to enable access for users. 

  1. In the Aconex web application, go to Setup.
  2. Select Configure User Role Settings.
  3. Check that Outlook Plugin is listed under Web Services API.

If you see Outlook Plugin in the list, you can go ahead and grant access to users.

If it’s not listed, contact the Aconex Service Desk. We’ll get you up and running.
