Checking that Aconex for Outlook is available to your organization

Does your organization have access to Aconex for Outlook? Find out using the instructions here.

Once your order's processed, Aconex will activate the Outlook plugin for you. We’ll send you an email to confirm that your organization can start using Aconex for Outlook. When this happens you'll be able to set up access for other users. 

  1. In the Aconex web application, go to Setup.
  2. Select Configure User Role Settings.
  3. Check that Outlook Plugin is listed under Web Services API.

If you see Outlook Plugin in the list, you can start granting access to users. If it’s not listed, contact the Aconex Service Desk.
