Prevent users in your organization superseding documents

As the Organization Administrator you can prevent users within your organization from superseding documents on a project.
  1. Choose your project in the Project Selector at the top of the page.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Under Configuration, click Configure User Role Settings.
  4. Select the Project tab.

Restrict a user group from superseding documents

  1. Under Documents, General locate the  Supersede a document row.
  2. Select Deny from the dropdown list.
Denying users supersede access

Save your changes

Click the Save button.
