Aconex and the Org Admin role explained

New to Aconex and you're the Org Admin? Watch this video for a short explainer.

What does an Org Admin do?

If you're an Organization Administrator you're responsible for:

  • Managing Aconex's settings for your organization
  • Configuring and assigning Aconex user roles to people working in your organization.
  • Keeping your Organization details up to date.

  • Whoever registers your organization in Aconex becomes the Org Admin by default, but this can always be changed.
  • Read this article to learn how to add a new Org Admin and read this one if you’re not sure who is currently an Org Admin on your project.
