Change a guest user to a full user

You can upgrade a guest user account to a full user account, as long as the person is in your organization.

If a user in your organization currently has a guest user account, but now needs a login and increased access to Aconex, you can convert them to a full user account.

  1. Log in to Aconex
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Select User Accounts LIst.

  1. Click on the guest user's name.
  1. Click on the Convert to user button.

  1. You'll see the Convert Guest to User page. Complete all the mandatory fields. They're marked with a red asterisk.
  2. Click the Save button.
  3. You'll receive a confirmation message.
