Change a guest user to a full user
You can upgrade a guest user account to a full user account, as long as the person is in your organization.
If a user in your organization currently has a guest user account, but now needs a login and increased access to Aconex, you can convert them to a full user account.
- Log in to Aconex
- Click Setup.
- Select User Accounts LIst.

- Click on the guest user's name.

- Click on the Convert to user button.

- You'll see the Convert Guest to User page. Complete all the mandatory fields. They're marked with a red asterisk.
- Click the Save button.
- You'll receive a confirmation message.
