Reset 2 Step Verification for a colleague who has a new phone, tablet or computer
Allow a colleague in your organization to re-enrol for 2 Step Verification on a new device.
- Log into Aconex and select the project from the Projects dropdown.
- Click Setup in the module menu.
- Under My Organization, select User Accounts List.
- Find the user for which you want to reset 2 Step Verification enrolment, and click on his or her name.
- Click on the Administration tab.
- Under 2 Step Verification, click the Reset Enrolment button.
- Click the Save button at the top-right of the page to save the change. The user will be directed automatically to the 2-Step Verification Setup Wizard the next time they log into Aconex.
