Allow users to turn email notifications on or off

As the Org Admin, you can allow or prevent users from changing their email notification settings.

You can also set the default email notifications for people in your organization. Find out more - Set the email notification default for users in your organization.

  1. Click the Setup button on the Module Menu, and then under Configuration, click Configure User Role Settings.

  1. On the Organization tab, scroll to MailsGeneral.
  2. In the column for each role you want to edit, choose Grant for each of the following secured assets:
    • Configure user notification attachments size limit.
    • Configure user notification type.
  3. Click the Save button.
