Give permission for users in your organization to share their saved searches

As the Org Admin you can give permission for people in your organization to share their searches.

This is useful if different people need to run the same report in Aconex for a project.

Enable shared searches

You can enable shared searches for:

  • Mail
  • Documents
  • Workflows
  • Supplier Documents.
  1. Click Setup.
  2. Select Configure User Role Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the module you want to allow your team members to save searches in.
    For example, the Supplier Documents module.
  4. In the column for your team mates' user role select Grant.
