Assign a project role

As the Project Administrator you can assign a role to an organization.

This will restrict the organization's access to certain: 

  • mail types
  • document types
  • document statuses.
  1. Select your project in the Project Selector at the top of the page.

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Under Project, click Project Settings.

  1. Click the Mail/Documents Role Settings tab.

  1. For the new organization click the checkbox in the appropriate organization role column.
  2. You can apply more than one role, if required.
    This will give the organization access to mail and document types and document status options specified by all the roles that you have applied.
  3. Click the Save button.
