Prevent users from changing mail and document types

As the project owner you can control whether other organizations and users can change the document types or statuses available.
  1. Click the Setup button on the Module Menu, and under Configuration, click Preferences.

  1. Click the Projects tab.
  2. Scroll to Project-wide settings, Project Roles, Lock mail and document types.
  3. To lock mail and document types:
    1. Clear the checkbox in the Use Default Setting column.
    2. Select the Lock mail and document checkbox.

  1. To unlock mail and document types:
    1. Clear the checkbox in theUse Default Setting column.
    2. Clear the Lock mail and document types checkbox.
  2. Click the Save button.
