Configure the Mail Attributes Preferences

You can set the available values for each mail attribute field used on a project, and if the attribute field is mandatory.
  1. Click Setup.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click the Project tab.
  4. Scroll down to Project-wide settings.
  5. Under Mail, uncheck the Use Defaults checkbox beside the first mail attribute.

  1. If required, mark this mail attribute as compulsory by checking the Make Attribute compulsory checkbox.
  2. Repeat these steps for all the mail attributes on your project.
  3. Click Save at the top of the page.

  1. Then, click the Edit button for the first mail attribute.
  2. Enter the possible values for this attribute.

You can add more than one value at the same time. Add each new term on a new line.

  1. Click the Add link.
  2. Click OK in the confirmation message.

After you click the Add link your attribute values will be listed in the field below.

  1. Click the Save button.
  2. Click the Close button in the confirmation screen.
  3. Click the back button.
  4. When you’ve finished click Save.
