Change your IP address to access Aconex.

We are making some changes to our systems that will mean a change to the IP addresses used by Aconex. This will impact a number of you who may have chosen to ‘point‘ directly to an IP address rather than the domain names mea.aconex.com or aldar.aconex.com.

If you don’t have IP-based rules for accessing Aconex (i.e., you simply browse to mea.aconex.com or aldar.aconex.com), this change is unlikely to affect you at all.

What should I do?

If you or your organization use IP address-based access to the above instances you may have to update the Aconex IP address in your proxy server firewall or web browser, etc., to continue access.

The new IP addresses are:

MEA: 94.200.189.97
MEA located viewers: 94.200.189.109-111
New Ip Address range is 94.200.189.96/27
Field Management MEA 94.200.189.100
ALDAR: 94.200.189.98
ALDAR located viewers: 94.200.189.109-111

When is this happening?

The cut-over point for this is expected to happen on 18 January 2013 between 3am and 6am.

Where can I go for assistance?
