New Aconex Reports module – turning insights into action

Aconex Reports is a collection of predefined reports that make reporting on RFIs, Workflows, and Bids and Tenders easier.

Easy customization

The reports are easily customizable, and the tool’s built right into Aconex, so you can drill down to meaningful data faster than ever before.

With Aconex Reports you can:

  • change chart types
  • filter and sort data
  • change column formatting, and apply conditional formatting
  • search information within the report.

Saved reports

Once you’ve customized a report, you can save the configuration for future reference. The data refreshes each time the report is opened, so you’ll always have access to the latest information, the way you want it.

At this stage, you’re the only one who can see your saved reports, although you can export reports to Excel or PDF. But this is only the beginning: look out for more enhancements over the coming months.



Accessing Aconex Reports

Aconex Reports will be switched on progressively for all organizations on Aconex through August. Once it’s available, the Organization Administrator will be able to switch it on for users in their company, ensuring that security and permission controls are maintained. We’ll also be sending an introduction email to help you get started.
