We're changing our IP address in the UK

We are making some changes to the network that will result in a change to the IP address used by UK1.aconex.co.uk.

Downtime window: 3 AM to 3 PM Saturday, 2 December, London time.

What do you need to do?

If you or your organization use IP address based access to Aconex, or you have firewall rules in place that restrict which sites you can access, you may have to update the Aconex IP addresses in your proxy server, firewall or web browser to continue access.

You should ensure that the following IP addresses are accessible from your site to continue to receive mail from Aconex:

35.176.55.120

and

35.176.171.139

White-listing

Aconex uses Akamai to speed up delivery of our site across the globe. Akamai is widely used across the internet and is unlikely to be restricted by your IT department, except in rare cases.

If you don't generally block services running on common internet ports (HTTPS 433 and HTTP 80) then you shouldn't need to white-list once we move.

 However if you do, here are the Akamai domains for white-listing:

When is this happening?

The change-over will take place on Saturday, 2 December, 2017, London time.

Access to Aconex will be unavailable while the change takes place, between 03:00 and 15:00 London time.

However, we will endeavor to make this period of downtime shorter.
