Connected BIM lets you share models with everyone on the project. It's one of a number of enhancements we've made across the entire product suite.
You may have heard about a new security vulnerability known as “Shellshock”.
In response to customer feedback, this release gives users the ability to save their own custom column view as the default Mail search layout. Mail searches and reports can now also include the Mail reference number.
Additionally, this release streamlines the way project visibility is handled at the organizational level, and includes a number of bug fixes.
We are making some changes to the network that will mean a change to the IP address used by Aconex in Asia.
In this release we made updates to new-look mail based on feedback that Aconex clients provided on our 14.2 release.
The release also includes an enhancement that lets project owners control the visibility of participating organizations within the Project Directory.
A number of bugs have also been corrected in this release.
On 6 September 2014, Aconex (US instance) will be updated to release 14.2.20. This release includes all of the changes from releases 14.2, 14.2.1, 14.2.2 and 14.2.20.
