Workflows and the new viewer get a range of enhancements this month, including a more responsive interface for different screen sizes and a great new zoom tool. Field delivers the ability to comment on issue status, and BIM Mobile has a new sectioning tool which makes work on site easier than ever.

The new viewer is ready to use in Aconex! Our redesigned online viewer is being enabled for the Workflows and Documents modules, and features an ever-expanding set of useful markup tools.
It’s a small release this month, but you know what they say ...
So here it is ... wait for it ... you can add comments to Field issues! It’s a handy addition and we know you Field lovers will be making good use of it.
There’s also a new palette tool for brightening up your document-viewing days, and a couple of bug fixes as well.
Field has been getting a lot of love from our teams, and we think you’re going to start feeling some of that love yourselves. The big news – structured inspections can now be done in Field with your favourite inspection forms. But there’s much more to explore ... In other news, the Document Viewer gets a few new tricks, and Aconex Mobile for iOS has some nifty new features as well.
Our 17.2 release is big, get a coffee and settle in for a long read! There's new administration tools for Mail, improving information management and distribution. There's a range of enhancements to the document viewer, making your reviewing process easier, and Connected BIM launches a limited release program that integrates the Document Register into your BIM workflow.
Field has made organizing your checklist templates super easy, and also launches a new offline mode for working with issues and checklists. And the Connected BIM online viewer moves out of beta into the Java-less future – no plug-ins required!

Say Happy New Year to the ability to print a summary of your tenders package. We’ve also fixed a bug in the API to improve unicode support in the document register, and changed a system behavior so that a document’s review status is maintained at all times.
