Viewing Oracle Aconex Status

View the status of Aconex instances across the globe and subscribe to notifications.

Aconex is continuously monitored. Should there be a disruption in service, updates will be posted on Statuspage.

You can subscribe to receive notifications by clicking the ‘Subscribe to Updates’ button in the top right-hand corner of the status page.

Email notifications

If you chose to subscribe to email notifications, you will receive emails whenever Aconex creates, updates or resolves a service disruption.

Text notifications

If you chose to subscribe to text notifications, you will receive text messages whenever Aconex creates or resolves a service disruption. Ensure the number formatting is as required (sample format is pre-populated).

Updating subscription preferences

To update preferences or cancel your subscription, add the same email address or phone number you subscribed with, click ‘Subscribe’ and you’ll be taken to your preferences page. Here you can select or deselect components or cancel your subscription entirely.
