Troubleshoot errors in Aconex

- the name of the Aconex project you’re working on
- a screenshot of the error
- a idea of what you were doing when the error displayed including, if possible, the actions or steps that lead to the error appearing.

Note that Aconex relies on a range of supporting software, so you might see errors related to that software as you’re using our application. Check the software list to make sure you’re using supported versions.
