Troubleshoot errors in Aconex and supporting software

Seeing an error message? We’ll help you solve it.

Our Service Desk is happy to help you troubleshoot any errors you see. Here’s what we’ll need from you:

  • your Aconex login name

  • the name of the Aconex project you’re working on

  • a screenshot of the error

  • details of the error message (including anything that appears under a heading that reads “Debug data error” or “Stack trace error”)

  • a clear idea of what you were doing when the error displayed including, if possible, the actions or steps that lead to the error being generated.

With this information handy, call or email the Service Desk. We’ll help you solve the error and get on your way.

Note that Aconex relies on a range of supporting software, so you might see errors related to that software as you’re using our application. Check the software list to make sure you’re using supported versions.
