Share checklists with other organizations on your project

Make checklists visible to other organizations on your project.
  1. Click Settings.
  2. Under Field Directory click on Organisations you work with.
  3. Find the organization you want to share checklists with. Click the Share button on the corresponding row in the table.

  1. In the window that appears, find the Share heading. Under it, click the checkbox next to Checklists.

  2. Click Save.

  1. You’ll see that company’s listing in the table has updated to show that sharing is active.
Sharing is active

The checklists will now be visible to the organization you’ve shared them with, but in read-only mode. People in that organization will be able to see your updates to the checklists, but can’t edit them.
