Share inspections with other organizations on your project
- Click Settings.
- Under Field Directory select the Organizations you work with.
- Find the organization you want to share checklists with and click the Share button.
- In the Edit <org name> window under the Share heading, select Inspections.
- Click Save.
- Once saved, you’ll see that the company’s listing in the table has been updated to show that sharing is active.
The checklists will now be visible to the organization you’ve shared them with, but in read-only mode. So that organization’s can to see your updates, but can’t edit them.
