Sharing Field issues with another organization

Share Field issues with other organizations.

If you share issues with other organizations, any comments added to those issues can only be seen by the organizations who share the issue.

For example, if an organization shares their issues with a second organization, a third organization cannot see those comments unless the issue is shared with the third organization.

  1. Log in to Field Manager in your web browser.
  2. Click on the Settings tab.
  3. Select Organizations you work with.

If the organization you need to share your issues with is already on the list, click on the blue cross to temporarily remove it.

  1. Click the Add Organisation button.
  2. Select the organization from the dropdown list that appears.
  3. Select the relevant checkboxes to enable the assignment and/or sharing of issues with that organization.
  1. Click Save. The Organisations you work with page will now reflect the choices you made for sharing with that organization.
