Search a report

Find specific information in a report.

Searching a report lets you quickly find the specific records you’re interested in.

  1. Type the keyword or phrase you’re interested in into the search box at the top of the report.

  2. If you want to make the search case sensitive, or only find the term where it’s used as a whole word, click the search dropdown arrow and select those options.

  1. Click the search icon.

  1. The report automatically refreshes, with your search terms highlighted.

  2. Use the forward and back arrows beside the search box to move between rows in the table that contain the keyword or phrase you entered.
