Working with Issues Process Metrics

Find out how your Issues are tracking.

Issues Activity

The summary, shown at the portfolio level, shows the total of each Issue Type for a project. Clicking the Issue Type will take you to the Detail View for that Issue Type.

The bar at the bottom shows the proportions of issues with each of the following statuses:

Color Status Description
orange Open The issue has been created and it may have or not assigned to an organisation to be fixed
yellow Ready to inspect The issue has been completed by the assignee and it’s ready to inspect
grey In dispute The issue has not been resolved and is in dispute
pale green Work done The viewers’ organisation says the work to resolve the issue has been completed
green Closed Issue has been resolved and closed

If there are more than three Issue Types on the project, the three with the most issues are shown in this list, with a link to view data for all the Issue Types below.

The image below shows the number of Open issues for each Issue Type and the percentage that are complete (the percentage of all issues that have been closed).

The bar at the bottom shows the proportions of issues with each of the following statuses:
