Talking Insights

RFI Request For Information. Any mail sent with the mail type of Request For Information
Sent RFIs sent by your organisation. These will appear in the mail outbox.
Received RFIs received by your organisation. These will appear in the mail inbox.
Closed Out These are RFIs for which the mail thread of the RFI has been closed out.
Outstanding RFIs which have not passed their due date and have not been closed out.
Overdue RFIs which have passed their due date and have not been closed out.
No Respond By Date RFIs which were sent without setting a Respond By date and have not been Closed Out.
Response Required
  • RFIs which still require a response.
  • • For sent RFIs: RFIs which have not yet been fully responded (and have a Respond By date set)
  • • For received RFIs: RFIs which your org has not yet replied to (and have a Respond By date set)
Open RFIs which are not closed out (i.e. RFIs which are marked as Outstanding, Overdue or No Respond By Date.).
Sparklines The number of RFIs over a given time period, where the right side of the line shows the value for today.
