Working with RFI Process Metrics
In the screenshot below, you can see three metrics, Most Overdue RFIs, Response Required and Received & Sent. Clicking on any of them will take you to a corresponding Detailed Metric view.
This section shows the current number of Open and Total RFIs that your organization can see on this project.
Most Overdue RFIs
Here you will see a list of seven organizations, sorted by the organization with the highest number of Overdue RFIs that still require a response to your organization.
Clicking on an organization name will take you to the RFI Overdue Sent Detail showing only RFIs which your organization has sent to the selected organization and still require a response.
This chart shows the proportion of Received and Sent overdue RFIs compared to Received and Sent outstanding RFIs which still require a response.
RFIs in this category will have a Response Required date, are not Closed Out, and have not yet been responded to.
- For Received RFIs – once your organization responds to the RFI mail, they will no longer appear in this chart.
- For Sent RFIs – once all recipient organizations have responded to your organization’s mail, they will not appear in this chart.
Received & Sent
This chart shows the proportion of Received to Sent RFIs for the last 30 days. That is, the percentage of RFIs received by your organization in the last 30 days, compared to the percentage of RFIs sent by your organization in the last 30 days.
The sparkline shows the number of Received and Sent RFIs for each of the last 30 days.
