Create a Transmittal History by Organization report

Find out which organizations have received which documents.
  1. Choose your project in the Project Selector at the top of the page.
  2. Click the Documents button on the Module Menu, and then under Search, click  Document Register.

  1. Complete one or more search criteria fields.
  2. Click the Search button.
Searching for documents
  1. Select the checkbox to the left of each document you want to include in the report.
  2. Click the Reports button and choose  Transmittal History by Organization.

  1. Select the organization in the Organization list.
  2. From the Show list, choose:
    • All Sent – include all revisions sent to the selected organization.
    • Latest Sent – include only the latest revision sent to the selected organization.
    • Awaiting Transmittal – include only revisions that have not been sent to the selected organization.
  3. Click the Search button.
Choosing the report options
  1. Select the checkbox of each document you want to include in the exported report.
  2. Click the Export to Excel button.
  3. Click the Temporary File button to go to  Temporary Files and search for your report. The report name includes the date and time the report was generated and is in the format Export-ddmmmyyyy_hh-mm.xls where yyyy is year, mm is month, dd is day, hh is hour and mm is minutes.
