Creating Progress Claims in Cost (Mobile)

Prepare progress claims while mobile using the Aconex web app.

Progress claims can be created and submitted by downstream organizations using the Aconex Connected Cost web app on any mobile or tablet device.

The main page shows an overview of shared contracts received on the project, and any open claims which are in draft or pending approval.

To create a new claim

  1. Click New Claim.  
  2. Select the contract, and enter a Claim No and name.
  3. Click Create Draft Claim.
  4. Enter the To Date Complete or Requested Amount for each contract item.
  1. When complete, click Submit
  2. Ensure the details are correct on the confirmation page, and click Submit again
