Saving searches in Packages

Create customized searches and save them for using at a later date.

Save the searches you use regularly

To create a search:

  1. Enter your search criteria in the search/filter fields.
  2. Click the Apply filter button. In this instance the list has been filtered using a Package Type of Design Packages.
  3. You can customize the results layout using Add/Remove Columns.
  1. Click Save.
  1. Complete these fields:
    1. Name (mandatory) – enter a meaningful name makes it easy to know what the search is for.
    2. Description (not mandatory) – Include information about the purpose of the search or its parameters.
  2. To share your search, select the Shared with everyone in my organization or Shared with everyone on this project checkbox.
  3. Click Save.

Your search should now appear in the Saved Searches list.
