Register Incoming Mail received from outside Aconex

Register incoming mail or responses to project mail, such as emails, letters or faxes, received from non-Aconex project mail.

Registering ensures that you have a complete and accurate record of all correspondence on the project. You can scan paper-based correspondence and attach the scanned files to the registered mail.

You can register both incoming mail and responses to a mail.

Registering incoming mail

  1. Select your project from the Project Selector at the top of the page.
  2. Click the Mail button on the Module Menu, and under Actions, click Register Incoming Mail.

  3. Attach the email or scanned copy of the correspondence to your Aconex mail. If you received the correspondence as an email, you can also copy and paste the content into the Aconex mail body.
