Create a mailing group

Set up a mailing group if you need to send mail or documents to the same group of people regularly.
  1. Click Directory, then select Project Directory.

  1. Click on the Create Mailing Group button just below main navigation.

Add people to your mailing group

  1. Enter the person's given name or family name in the search field.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Click the checkbox next to the person's name.

Any selections will be stored if you click through to subsequent pages.

  1. Click the To button to add the user to your mailing group.
  2. Repeat the process for each user you need to add to your mailing group.

Save your mailing group

  1. Click the OK button. 
  2. Give your mailing group a name.
  3. Click the Save button.

If you need to prevent other people from making changes to this mailing group, select the Locked checkbox.
