Review mail awaiting approval

Check the progress of mail sent for approval.
  1. Choose your project from the Project Selector at the top of the page.
  2. Click the Mail button from the Module Menu, and then under Actions, click Mail Approvals.
  3. Click the Awaiting Approval tab to see mail that requires your attention.
  4. Enter search criteria, as required.
  5. Click the Search button.
  6. To review a mail, click the number link in the Req. No. column, or select the relevant item in the Mail No. and Subject columns.
  1. Click the:
  • Approve Mail button to approve and send the project mail.
  • Reject Mail button to reject the project mail. A Rejection Notice project mail is sent to author.

Check the progress of mail awaiting approval by other project members

You can also check the status of mail awaiting approval by others in your project group.

  1. Click the Awaiting Approval Tab
  2. Enter the search criteria, as required
  3. Click the Search button 
  4. To review a mail, click the number link in the Req. No. column, or select the relevant item in the Mail No. and Subject columns. 
  1. Hover over the profile icon to see who the approval is assigned to.
