Document access error when sending a tender invitation

Received an error message when you tried to send a tender invitation?

When you're sending a tender invitation, you may see the following error message:

"Documents highlighted below need to be removed before you can send this tender invitation. For further information, please visit Support Central."

Why?

This may occur for three reasons: 

  1. The document's confidentiality settings may have changed and you don't have access.
  2. The document's access control settings may have changed and you don't have access.
  3. The document has been shared and cannot be sent as part of a tender invitation.

What do I do?

  1. You must remove the highlighted document(s) from the tender invitation. 
  2. You have the option to search for new documents to attach and send.
