Editing your response to a tender
You can change all details of your tender response, including adding files from your computer or local network up to the tender closing date and time.
- Log into Aconex, select your project, and select Invitations from the Tenders (or Bids) module in Aconex.
- Click the appropriate tender number under the Tender No column to open the tender invitation.
- Click the Submissions tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make changes to your submission as required;
- Update the text in the Cover Letter field
- To add attachments to your response click the Attach button.
- To remove an existing attachment, click the bin icon to the right of the filename in the Remove column.
- When you are finished making your changes, click the Send button to submit your updated submission.
- Click the OK button in the confirmation message.
A confirmation message will appear when the response has been sent.
