Manually update your document register from a transmittal

If your organization is not set to automatically update documents to the register, you can do it manually if you have permission.
  1. Open the transmittal in Mail or from Tasks.
  1. Select the checkbox for each attachment you want to move to the register.
  2. Click the Update Register button.
  1. A list of the attachments registered appears.
  2. Click the Close button.
