Transmit updated documents to people who have old versions using an auto update transmittal
- Choose your project in the Project Selector at the top of the page.
Click the Documents button on the Module menu, then under Search, click Document Register.
Complete one or more search criteria fields.
- Click the Search button.
- Select the checkbox of each document for which you want to transmit an automatic update.
Click the Transmit button, and choose Auto Update Transmitted Documents.
The details of each recipient organization for each document are listed. Here, you can:
select to send all documents to all recipients on a single transmittal by clicking the Select Entire Page icon, or
select the checkbox of each document or organization you want to transmit the update to. Again, these organizations will all be included — and visible to one another — on the single transmittal.
Note that the selections you make here are for this transmittal only — Aconex doesn't remember them. If you want to include or exclude certain organizations from further autoupdates to these documents, you'll need to make the relevant selections next time you send an auto update.
- Click the Transmit button.
- Complete all mandatory Transmittal fields, and any other fields as required.
- Click the Send button.
