Upload a Document into Aconex
- Make sure you have the correct project selected. Select a project from the Project Selector at the top of the screen.
- Click Documents.
- Select Upload a new document.
Note: This option may not be available to all users. If this option is not available to you it means you do not have permission to upload documents. Please see your Organization Administrator for more details.
- Complete all mandatory fields. They're marked in yellow.
The fields you will need to fill in will be different to this image. Each project in Aconex is customized to best suit your project's needs.
- Click the Browse button.
- Find the file on your computer or network.
- Click Open.
- Click Upload.
Your document is now uploaded into your organization's Document Register. Anyone in your organization can access your document.
