View documents in a Project Archive

Search for and view documents in a Project Archive.
  1. Open the Project Archive Viewer and open your archive.
  2. Click the View Documents button.

  1. To search for documents:
    • Enter search criteria as required.
    • Click the Search button.
  2. You can tailor your view by adding or removing columns. Select Add/Remove Columns and move the columns from Available Columns to Selected Columns. You can use the up and down arrows to change the order of the columns.
  1. Choose one or more of the following actions:

See the document fields displayed in the search results listClick the:
  • Show All Columns button to display all document fields.
  • Show Default Columns button to display standard document fields.
View a document’s propertiesFor each document, click the:
  • Title under the Title column, or
  • Option icon, then click Properties.
Open a documentFor each document, click the:
  • File icon, and then click the Open button, or
  • Option icon, and then click Open File.
Save a document locally
  • Click the File icon to the left of the document number.
  • Click the Save button.
  • Browse to the location where you want to save the file and click the Save button.
  • Click the Close button in the confirmation message.
  • Download multiple documents
  • Select the checkbox against the documents that you want to download
  • Click the Download button on the top left corner
  • Browse the location where you want to save the file and click save
  • The selected documents will be downloaded as a zip file to the specified location.
